Wear-resisting steel plate alloy wear-resisting layer and matrix is metallurgical bonding. Through special equipment, using automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protection alloy welding wire evenly on the base material. The number of composite layers is from one layer to two layers and even several layers. In the composite process, uniform transverse cracks appear because of the different alloy shrinkage ratio, which is a significant feature of wear-resisting steel plate.
Wear resistant layer is mainly chromium alloy, but also add manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel and other alloy components, the microstructure of carbide fiber distribution, fiber direction and surface perpendicular. The microhardness of carbide can reach above HV1700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach HRC 58-62. Alloy carbide has strong stability at high temperature, maintain high hardness, but also has good oxidation resistance, within 500℃ completely normal use.
Wear-resisting plate generally has 3+3, 4+2, 5+3, 5+4, 6+4, 6+5, 6+6, 8+4, 8+5, 8+6, 10+5, 10+6, 10+8, 10+10, 20+20 and so on
